Throughout this programme, core competencies of project management, operations management, resource integration and supply chain logistics are combined to identify and address present-day supply chain issues.
Quantitative techniques will lay the foundation for sound decision-making and problem-solving to address operational issues, while qualitative content will explore the best methods for planning, organising and strategy formulation from the managerial perspective. In addition, electives in B2B sales and marketing or health and safety leadership will enable you to expand your capabilities to lead and support supply chain logistics.
You鈥檒l also channel the knowledge and skills you acquire into a practical industry project for a local business or organisation, in which you鈥檒l address business issues or advance business opportunities. In the process, you鈥檒l strengthen your understanding of supply chain logistics.
