Entry requirements

Academic requirements

NCEA Level 2 with passes in Te Reo M膩ori, or

Te Reo Rangatira at NCEA Level 2, or

Successful achievement of Te P艒kaitahi Reo (Te Kaupae 3) or evidence of successful achievement of an intermediate level Reo programme or equivalent Reo skills and knowledge as approved by the聽Curriculum Manager or designated staff member.

If you are aged 20 years or above and do not meet the academic entry requirements, but your skills, education or work experience indicate you will have a chance of success, you may be eligible for special admission by the Curriculum Manager or designated staff member.

English Language requirements

A level of English sufficient to be able to study at this level.
If English is not your first language you should have an International English Language Testing System聽(IELTS) General or Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5 or other approved English language tests may be used to demonstrate that the English standard is met.
