This scholarship is for students studying the Master of Music Therapy degree or are a PhD candidate pursuing studies in Music Therapy at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington. The New Zealand Society for Music Therapy (Music Therapy New Zealand) wishes to honour the late Sir Roy McKenzie, a long-term benefactor to music therapy in New Zealand, by offering scholarships for students studying the Master of Music Therapy degree, or as a registered PhD candidate pursuing studies in Music Therapy.
Entry requirements
Applicants must have at least completed the first year of the Master of Music Therapy degree and intend to enrol in the second year of this programme; or have completed the second year of Master of Music Therapy degree and are about to register for PhD studies in Music Therapy or a field related to Music Therapy; or someone who has a close professional association with the Master of Music Therapy course. Applicants must be New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
