This scholarship was established in recognition of the friendship made and the pleasurable times enjoyed during their student days by Jim and Barbara Milburn. It supports students facing financial hardship who are studying English at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be nearing completion of their first year of study and be continuing to second year at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington. Applicants must be studying English. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents.
