The NZAO Leon Garner Award is established to recognize the student entering Part III of the Bachelor of Optometry who achieved the highest aggregate marks across all the prescribed Part II courses in the previous year. It acknowledges the achievements of Professor Leon Garner, a long-serving Professor and Head of the School of Optometry and Vision Science.
Entry requirements
Must be enrolled in Part III of the Bachelor of Optometry and have achieved the highest aggregate marks across all prescribed Part II courses in the previous year.
