Established in 2021 by the University Otago through generous support from Dr J. F. Hare, the Dr J. F. Hare Music Scholarship supports students from the University of Otago to study Music at Cambridge University, United Kingdom. The scholarship is aimed at supporting New Zealand citizens or New Zealand Residence Class Visa Holders who are enrolled in, or graduates of, a Music degree at the University of Otago. The selection will consider academic merit and the suitability of the proposed study plans and itinerary. The candidate's financial situation may also be taken into account.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand Residence Class Visa Holders and must be enrolled in, or a graduate of, a Music degree at the University of Otago.
