A $1,500 Award to support a full-time student enrolled in a masters degree in Urban Planning. The Award was established in 1984 as a result of the generosity of practising town planners, the New Zealand Planning Institute and others on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of the former Planning Department. The purpose of the Award is to encourage postgraduate study in Urban Planning in the School of Architecture and Planning.
