A Prize for the most outstanding essay(s) on a subject related to medical history. The Auckland Medical History Society Essay Prize was established in 2016 by the Auckland Medical History Society. The society was established in 1964 and its mission is ‘the promotion of an interest and knowledge of medical history through lectures, discussions, exhibitions and other means’. The main purpose of the Prize is to recognise and reward the student who has written the most outstanding essay(s) on a subject related to medical history.
